The enchanting Christmas Grotto Experience is back, and this year, we invite you to the magical Elf Workshop!

✨ Here’s What Awaits You✨
Upon arrival, you will receive a magical Christmas buzzer, a special device that Father Christmas will activate when he’s ready to welcome you. This means you can spend more time exploring our festive role-play town, without the hassle of waiting in line.
When your buzzer twinkles, you’ll embark on a journey through our elf workshop. Guided by a cheerful elf in the bustling workshop, children will be invited to help build a magical Christmas toy.
Then it’s time to meet Father Christmas in his magnificent grotto, where every child will receive a wonderful wrapped present.
Bear Town will be transformed into a Christmas wonderland with festive touches around every corner!
Our Christmas Grotto SEND Session is on Sunday 8th December, 4:45pm – 6:45pm. This session is specifically designed for SEND explorers, to achieve this we have lowered our capacity to ensure a more comfortable play experience. BOOK NOW.

Festive play session
Join us for a magical festive play session on the following dates:
Monday 2nd until Friday 6th December
Monday 9th until Friday 13th December
Alongside a two-hour play session in our festive Town, all children will be invited to take part in a short facilitated reindeer hunt around the Town. They will then receive a Christmas book to take home and enjoy.
From trying out the latest festive hairstyles at Poni & Pie to taking the spotlight as a shining star at our South West End Theatre, your play session will be filled with Christmas joy!
Please note these Festive Play Sessions DO NOT include any of the grotto experience.

This festive season, treat your class to an enchanting Christmas experience they’ll cherish forever. Our beautifully decorated Town is ready to welcome young adventurers for a special two-hour school trip filled with Christmas magic and joy.
✨ What’s Included ✨
Exclusive Session: For just £329, your school group can enjoy a private two-hour session for up to 37 children aged 7 years and under.
Festive Fun: Our Town is transformed into a winter wonderland, complete with twinkling lights and festive decorations. During your booked session all children will be invited to take part in a short facilitated reindeer hunt around the Town. They will then receive a Christmas book to take home and enjoy.
Free Admission for Teaching Staff: All teaching staff attend free of charge. We require a minimum of 1 : 4 adult-to-child ratio.
Term-Time Availability: Book your festive play school trip from Monday 2nd – Friday 6th December and Monday 9th – Friday 13th December to take advantage of this special offer. Available during our Christmas session times: 9:15am – 11:15am, 11:45am – 1:45pm or 2:15pm – 4:15pm.
